Choosing Your Subscription Type
After creating your Neuro+ account, you'll need to select the subscription that best fits your needs:
Personal vs Team Subscriptions Choose between individual access or collaborative team features.
Setting Up Team Subscriptions
Important: If you're planning to create a team subscription, you must first create a team and subscribe under the team account.
To switch between teams:
- Click the dropdown menu in the top right corner of your dashboard
- Select your desired team from the list
- Proceed with subscription setup

Payment Setup Process
- Follow the prompts to enter your billing information
- All data is processed through Stripe's secure platform
- We do not store your credit card details on our servers
Billing Schedule
Payment Timeline
- Your credit card will be charged at the beginning of the billing cycle after any trial periods conclude
- Subsequent charges occur monthly (or annually if you choose the annual plan) on the same date as your initial subscription

From your billing portal, you can:

Team Account Billing
Flexible Team Pricing Team billing automatically adjusts based on your current team size.
How Team Billing Works
